What to expect
The course is facilitated by an experienced facilitator in team-coaching. You will use high quality board and traditionally-made Go stones, moving away from the saturation of digital engagement, while also have access to the latest embedded technology. Individual needs and learning styles of each participant are carefully considered, as well as faciliating collective learnings.
The Facilitator
Dr Silvia Lozeva is founder and Director of Institute 361: gamifying strategic thinking. As an academic with background in strategy and diplomacy, and sustainable development, for the past 10 years, Silvia has been a researcher and a lecturer in the field of sustainable development, and an adviser on equity and diversity issues. She is the organiser of the first Australian Academic Go Symposium (Sydney, 2018). Silvia is a TEDx Perth speaker in 2019 about ways of harnessing the lessons of the game of Go. Silvia is also the recipient of an International Go Promotional Award (European Go Congress, 2024) and a Research Director of the International Go Study Association. ABC Radio National (2024) recently featured an entire episode on the game of Go, where Silvia was also interviewed.
