Founder
Institute 361 was founded by Dr Silvia Lozeva, an expert in organizational culture development with a strong academic and professional background. Silvia is a life-long GO player.

Our Team
Theo Kartawijaya
Theo Kartawijaya started learning Go in school, following a friend and gradually developed a stronger interest in the game. Theo is a 3 kyu KGS, and continues to improve and learn. He is more than willing to share what he learns! Theo has taught Go to many beginner players, and like trying different analogies in doing so. He believes that Go is a game for everyone, no matter who they are.
Yan Loh
Yan Loh started learning Go in highschool, after being inspired by the Japanese manga Hikaru No Go (if you like manga and haven't heard of it, go check it out!) Yan modestly claims that he is not a very strong player (around 2kyu on online go servers), however his enthusiasm have inspired many other students, some of whom are now stronger than him - which is the aim for every good teacher. He is more than willing to share what he knows!
